The location within the terminal was so quiet, perfect for not stressing about missing your flight. I loved the USB charger in the capsule—it was super handy for my layover. the shower room was cramped, and knowing men used it too made me a bit uncomfortable, but overall, it was a pretty cool spot to crash. 🌟.

I was travelling to Sepang for rest. Booked a single room where the bed was n't made yet. The staff members were all NICE and great. Central location was a plus. And it was also short walk to an airport as well as the Transportation Hub.

The beds were comfy and rooms were compact. It had climate control, an individual safe, and an electronic key card.

The noise level in the sleeping area was disruptive due to echoing voices from the nearby Waiting Place. the loud air conditioning made it difficult to sleep well.

The capsule was surprisingly comfortable, and I appreciated the welcome kit with an eye mask and ear plugs. The communal shower was clean and provided hot water without any waiting. it served its purpose for a transit sleep at the airport.

The staff at Capsule Transit KLIA 2 are kind and absolutely amazing. the units are fairly quiet and centrally located, just a 10-15 minute walk from Knights' Square.
